On Tuesday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped Hugo Escobar on Fairbanks N Houston Road after he showed signs of being under the influence. He underwent Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed his intoxicated state, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Escobar has a prior DWI conviction, making this a repeat offense. "Hugo Escobar was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated," the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Escobar, with bond set at $100 in County Court 14, faces legal consequences for a drunk driving incident. The office advises the community to follow updates on crime, arrests, and traffic accidents through their social media channels and mobile app, “C4 NOW.”
