The Hanalei Refuse Transfer Station will accept bagged trash only on Friday, and no loose mixed waste, the County of Kauai’s Solid Waste Division announced. Residents are advised to plan accordingly during the temporary restriction.
The Hanalei Refuse Transfer Station will resume normal operations on Sunday, from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., following a one-day closure.
