During a late-night incident on the 24200 block of Tomball Parkway, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office discovered a driver, Marcus Ramirez, asleep at the wheel. While conducting a routine patrol last Thursday, deputies encountered the vehicle stopped in a manner that obstructed the roadway. Upon approaching the vehicle, deputies observed indications that led them to administer field sobriety tests.
According to a social media post, deputies observed several signs suggesting that Ramirez might be under the influence. To further evaluate his condition, they administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which indicated impairment. "Marcus Ramirez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated," stated Constable Mark Herman. He added that Ramirez's bond was set at $100 in County Court 13.
