Dispatched to the 500 block, police discovered the victim, who was pronounced deceased from injuries sustained in the crash. Identified as a 54-year-old man, the owner of the vehicle was found at his residence and arrested on charges including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and hit-and-run causing death.
