For a flat fee of $3 per ride, individuals can now swiftly secure a trip within a specified zone of the city.
The COTA//Plus service operates with a user-friendly approach, allowing riders to arrange for transportation quickly and easily. To get started, one can download the designated app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those who prefer a more traditional method can instead promptly call a designated number to schedule their ride, which can reportedly arrive in 20 minutes or less. According to a social media post from the City Government of Westerville Ohio, "simply download the COTA//Plus app" or "call (614) 308-4400 to schedule a ride."
Accessible to everyone, this service presents an inclusive option for those who may not have a personal vehicle or prefer not to use one for their local commutes.
