Wilson County homeowners: Property taxes are due soon. Taxes can be paid without interest until January 5, 2026. Payments are accepted online, by phone, or in person at the Tax Department at 2816 Ward Blvd, including a drive-thru option.
Property owners as of January 1 or those who acquired new property this year must ensure their taxes are paid. The county requires owners to make full payment. The Tax Department advises verifying payments on its website or mailing them to the county lockbox in Charlotte, North Carolina.
