A fatal incident took place today in East Harlem when a garbage truck struck a parked car. According to ABC7NY, the collision between the 47-year-old driver’s garbage truck and a Kia Forte caused the Kia to move onto the sidewalk and hit scaffolding, which then collapsed, resulting in the death of a woman nearby.
