A 19-year-old has been taken into custody in connection with a fatal shooting that transpired on New Year's Eve in Harris County. The suspect, identified as Xavier Pipkin-Jarrell, was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Office Violent Criminal Apprehension Team and the U.S. Marshals, according to Click2Houston.
