A seven-year-old girl is recovering after a shooting incident at a northwest Harris County apartment complex, authorities reported. The shooting occurred yesterday night, just after 11 p.m. on Alabonson Road, where deputies from the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable's Office were dispatched following reports of a child sustaining an injury. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the young girl with a gunshot wound to the leg, as detailed in a report by Click2Houston.
The injured child was immediately taken to the hospital, where she is currently listed in stable condition and receiving medical attention.
