
The Adams County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating 32-year-old Joshua Balthazar, who was last witnessed departing from the Adams County Detention Facility on December 31st, 2025, at approximately 4 p.m. According to a social media post by the Adams County Sheriff's Office, Balthazar is reported to be dealing with mental health issues and needs his medication.
In a plea to the community, the Adams County Sheriff's Office emphasized the urgency of the situation. Given his mental health concerns, requiring medication that was mentioned in the social media post, there's a heightened sense of the necessity for a prompt location. Residents are being asked to exercise vigilance and report any sightings of Balthazar by calling 911 or the Adams County non-emergency line at 303-288-1535.
Joshua Balthazar's appearance on the day he went missing has not been detailed by the authorities. They have, however, disseminated information to the public, hoping for any leads that can assist in the search for Balthazar.
