A driver was arrested for DWI on the 3700 block of Atascocita Rd after being found asleep at the wheel. Maximiliano Castillo showed signs of intoxication when deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped him last Friday, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Law enforcement officials conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on Maximiliano Castillo, revealing his impaired state with a blood-alcohol level of 0.171, over twice the legal limit. "Maximiliano Castillo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
