The relative calm is expected to persist into Thursday, maintaining partly sunny conditions with highs again nearing 72 degrees. However, by Thursday night, Austinites should notice 'increasing clouds' with lows sinking down near 58 degrees. The weather takes a turn as Friday night approaches, with an ominous 90% chance of precipitation alongside showers expected to bring the temperature to a near-freezing low of 34 degrees.
