Uptown Dallas is about to get a little more dressed up at breakfast. Toastique, the D.C.-born cafe known for its artfully stacked toasts, smoothie bowls, and cold-pressed juices, is heading into West Village this February, bringing a compact, grab-and-go hub aimed squarely at morning runners, office regulars, and weekend brunch hunters.

According to CultureMap Dallas, the new Toastique will debut at 3839 McKinney Ave., Suite 135, on Feb. 21. Local franchisees Dilpreet Singh and Brinderjeet Sidhu are set to operate the spot, which will be the chain’s third Dallas-area outpost, joining existing locations in Addison and Flower Mound.

The all-day menu leans hard into the kind of health-forward, Instagram-ready dishes that built Toastique’s following: avocado-toast riffs finished with watermelon radish and chili oil, a PB Crunch option on the sweeter side, protein waffles, smoothie bowls and a lineup of cold-pressed juices. The cafe also touts an extensive coffee program — everything from straightforward Americanos to nitro cold brew and a collagen-spiked blueberry-lavender latte — along with wellness shots and grab-and-go bottled juices, according to Toastique.

Grand-opening giveaway details

Early birds might want to read the fine print. Promotional details vary slightly depending on where you look: CultureMap reports that the first 50 toast fans in line on opening day will receive $50 in Toastique rewards. The cafe’s Eventbrite page and brand event listing, however, advertise that the first 100 customers in line will snag $50 in reward dollars with a minimum $10 purchase. The Eventbrite notice also spells out loyalty-program conditions and notes that reward dollars may be posted to loyalty accounts after opening day.

Why West Village

Toastique’s new storefront lands just a short walk from the Katy Trail, a major Dallas greenway that saw roughly 4 million visits in 2024, according to Friends of the Katy Trail. That steady stream of foot traffic makes the West Village a logical landing spot for a health-focused, grab-and-go concept. The West Village directory already lists Toastique as a coming tenant at the McKinney Avenue address, where it will occupy a street-level retail space among surrounding restaurants, shops and fitness studios.

Opening week specials and hours

Toastique’s press materials and event listings map out a full slate of opening-week promos: free drip coffee with a $10+ purchase on Feb. 22; $5 juice on tap on Feb. 23; a complimentary espresso drink with purchase on Tuesday; and $6 smoothies on Wednesday, per the brand’s release. The cafe is slated to operate roughly 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily during opening week, according to the event and brand pages.
