Construction on Lake Hills Boulevard in Bellevue will begin in mid-March to replace the Kelsey Creek Culvert. The project will also include upgrades to nearby water and sewer infrastructure to improve reliability and long-term performance, Utilities Director Lucy Liu said in the City of Bellevue announcement.
Partial lane closures will occur during construction, and a full road closure is planned between 151st and 154th avenues for approximately two months. Flaggers and signs will direct traffic, and detours will be provided.
Residents and commuters are advised to check the Kelsey Creek Culvert Project website for updates and plan for potential delays while construction is underway.
