The cozy enclave of Bruton Memorial Library in Plant City is opening its doors on Tuesdays this January, with a special invite to those who wield the crochet hook or aspire to join the ranks of crafters. According to a recent social media post from the City of Plant City Government, "Crochet Buddies" is a free program for individuals aged 9 and older looking to dive into the world of crochet or polish their pre-existing skills.
All levels of expertise are welcome to take part, but given its popularity, participants should promptly make their way to the library as space will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. The announcement underscored that while registration is not a necessity, being early is advantageous, "Registration is not required, but space is limited," as noted by the City of Plant City Government.
While the library has not released full details about each session, the programs are expected to be welcoming and inclusive for both beginners and experienced crafters.
