Charlotte County drivers should expect intermittent lane closures at the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and Cochran Boulevard from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 18, through Monday, Jan. 26. According to Charlotte County, the closures are for road paving and lane striping by Ajax Paving Industries of Florida.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time and stay alert while driving through the construction zone to ensure safety for both workers and drivers.
