Clark County will host its 2nd Annual Missing in Nevada Day on January 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University Gateway Building at UNLV, 4700 S. Maryland Parkway. The event honors missing persons and their families.

According to Clark County Nevada, social media, the day allows families of missing persons to file new reports, update existing cases, and meet with law enforcement and experts handling investigations.

Participants are advised to bring documents such as photographs, dental records, and fingerprints to help identify missing relatives. DNA samples from close family members may also be collected to assist in cold case investigations.

For those who cannot attend in person, organizers said information can be submitted by email to [email protected] to assist law enforcement.
