Clark County is gearing up to bid adieu to the emotionally resonant Holocaust exhibit, "The Choices of Man Through the Lens of the Holocaust." The Nevada Center for Humanity has reached its closing engagement in the rotunda of the Clark County Government Center. In tandem with International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, local officials will conduct a farewell ceremony, slated to kick off at 10:00 a.m., commemorating its impactful three-month stay.

Overseen by Clark County Commission Chairman Michael Naft, the event promises reflections from Nevada Center for Humanity President Heidi Straus on the exhibit's local resonance. Straus, while looking ahead, will also divulge the next home for the exhibit and tease forthcoming thematic explorations. Adding a personal dimension, Stefanie Tuzman, President and CEO of Jewish Nevada, will recount her family's own narrative, according to the Clark County news release.

The installation, presented by the Nevada Holocaust Museum of the Nevada Center for Humanity, has occupied the government center since October 27, 2025. It has challenged visitors to reflect deeply on the ethical quandaries faced by individuals and societies amidst the darkest times of the Holocaust. Central to the exhibition is the call to embody the spirit of 'upstanders', individuals stirred to action by the sight of injustice or harm.

Running through January 29, the display remains accessible for public viewing from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. "It has been impactful for our residents and employees to experience this exhibit, which encourages all of us to stand against hatred in every form," Naft told Clark County. Head to the rotunda to view the exhibit before it moves on, offering the public a final chance for learning and reflection before it travels to another community.
