A young man's life tragically ended this weekend as Cleveland police investigate a shooting that claimed the life of 22-year-old Jason Christopher Bond. According to FOX8, the incident took place near Riverside Drive and Pearl Road on Sunday evening of January 4. Following the shooting, Bond reportedly left his car and attempted to make his way to MetroHealth Hospital, located about a mile from the scene.
Despite the grave injury, the victim was found to have to walk nearly half a mile before Cleveland EMS intercepted and transported him to the hospital. Upon their arrival, police encountered emergency services tending to Bond outside of the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, as detailed in reports by Cleveland19.
