
Clark County, Nevada has selected new leadership for its Board of County Commissioners, naming Commissioner Michael Naft of District A as chairman. The board’s decision was unanimous, and Naft’s chairmanship began immediately on Tuesday following the vote.
Michael Naft expressed gratitude for the appointment, saying, "I appreciate the confidence of my colleagues who appointed me to serve as their Chairman. I am eager to continue working together to make Clark County the best place to live and work," as reported by the Clark County. He pledged to collaborate closely with fellow commissioners throughout his term.

Cmsr. @WillMcCurdyII will serve as Vice-Chairman," according to the Clark County Nevada on their X account. Commissioner William McCurdy II was voted to continue as Vice Chairman. Naft and McCurdy will lead the board and oversee its agenda and initiatives for the next two years.
