The Concord Police Department is actively searching for a 16-year-old suspect following a double homicide earlier this week. Raheem Jeroy "Roy" Glascoe Jr. is wanted on charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and robbery with a dangerous weapon. The incident, which took place on Sunday evening, resulted in two victims sustaining fatal gunshot wounds on Kite Court NE in Concord, WCNC reports.
According to the Concord Police, the first victim was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest and later passed away at the hospital. A second victim, found in a suspect vehicle that was stopped based on witness descriptions, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and also succumbed to their injuries, as per information provided by myfox8.com. Glascoe, who resides on Crowell Drive SW and is known to frequent The Greens of Concord apartment homes, is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing around 160 pounds.
Officials have deemed Glascoe to be armed and dangerous, urging the public not to approach him and to call 911 or the Concord Police Department at 704-920-5000 with any information on his whereabouts.
