The agency reported that the collision involved a pickup and a mini-bike and that the mini-bike rider was pronounced deceased at the scene. Commuters in the Cypress area dealt with lane restrictions and delays as crews worked to clear the wreckage and investigators began piecing together what happened. Only one westbound lane of the feeder remained open while deputies documented the scene.
