
The Detroit Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 40-year-old man, Michael Martin, who has been missing since January 14th. According to ClickOnDetroit, Martin was last seen leaving his residence in the 2500 block of Kendall Street and has not returned since.
Martin is described as a bald man with brown eyes, standing at 5′9″ with a weight of approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue winter coat, and gray jogging suit. His father has mentioned, Martin only has three fingers on his right hand and suffers from schizophrenia, facts that could be crucial in aiding his safe return.
The police efforts are being amplified through social media, where the Detroit Police Department's Missing Persons page has also made a plea for help. They shared a post with their contact information, urging anyone with details regarding Martin's whereabouts to come forward.
