Dublin, Ohio's commitment to financial stewardship and public resource management has once again been honored as the city receives the prestigious cashVest® 90+ Award for the ninth consecutive year. The award, which signifies the City's aptitude in managing taxpayer dollars and optimizing cash flow, was presented in partnership with the National Association of Counties (NACo), emphasizing the City's dedication to fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Presented annually by three+one®, the award requires a cashVest score of 90 or above for four straight quarters, and in doing so, the City of Dublin has proved its skill in effective cash management. "This recognition reflects our commitment to strong financial stewardship and transparency," Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance Matt Rubino said, as reported by the City of Dublin. With this achievement, Dublin continues to build a legacy of prudent fiscal strategies that significantly support the services and investments made in the community's interest.

The accolade not only champions Dublin's superior financial strategies but also aligns with its other fiscal accolades, such as earning the GFOA Triple Crown Award for the fourth time in a row. According to Matthew Chase, CEO/Executive Director of NACo, the award recipients, such as Dublin, "have demonstrated outstanding leadership in liquidity management to optimize cash flow, lower borrowing costs and strengthen protections for public resources," according to the City of Dublin.

Dublin, a city positioned northwest of Columbus, Ohio, is renowned for more than its strong financial acumen. With a population nearing 50,000 residents, it is recognized as Ohio's number one small city and is consistently one of the safest in the nation. Hosting more than 20 corporate headquarters and an entrepreneurial center, the city has carved a niche for innovation, community life, and quality public education. By earning the cashVest 90+ Award, the City cements its reputation for responsible management, directly benefitting the public and its 4,300+ businesses, and maintaining the affirmative pace of life Dublin's citizens have come to expect.
