Dunedin is set to revamp its marina with a new pier and other improvements. The city has contracted On-Point Contracting Company, LLC to demolish the old pier and build a replacement with day docks and emergency docks. Demolition is scheduled to begin in March, with the project expected to be completed by the end of 2026, according to the City of Dunedin Florida - Government official social media.
The north seawall is currently being repaired, with east seawall repairs expected to follow and finish by spring 2026. Dock access will mostly remain open, though temporary restrictions may occur as work progresses.
