East El Paso's Eastlake corridor just scored a double helping of local flavor. Orange Cow Burgers is now flipping patties at a fresh Eastlake outpost, and The Pizza Joint has a "Coming Soon" sign staked just up the road. Both are well-known El Paso names, and their eastside moves should spare locals the crosstown trek for a quick slice or a loaded burger. Expect some early crowds while the new digs settle into a rhythm.
Orange Cow Brings Its Burger Menu To Eastlake
Orange Cow Burgers has expanded to a third El Paso location, setting up shop at 13647 Eastlake Boulevard after starting as a food truck and growing into brick-and-mortar spots, according to KISS El Paso. The station notes the brand already operates at 955 N. Resler and near UTEP at 4018 N. Mesa, and that the Eastlake restaurant is keeping the familiar lineup of burgers, loaded fries, and shakes that regulars know.
Delivery listings show an active Orange Cow storefront at 13647 Eastlake Boulevard, with the Eastlake shop taking orders through services such as Uber Eats. The shopping center that includes the address appears on an Eastlake Square leasing page that names Orange Cow as a tenant, further backing that the new location is up and running.
The Pizza Joint Is Preparing An Eastside Outpost
KISS El Paso reports that The Pizza Joint is getting ready to open at 13034 Eastlake, at the corner of Eastlake and Emerald Park. According to the station, the chain told followers it hopes to open within "3–4 weeks" after a reader spotted a "Coming Soon" sign, and the pizzeria jumped into the comments to answer questions about timing.
The Pizza Joint's website notes the brand launched in 2011 and currently runs Uptown, Downtown, and Westside locations in El Paso. An Eastlake shop would be its fourth local outpost, with fans on the far east side set to get the same oversized pies and slice-by-the-slice service the company has been pushing for years.
What This Means For Eastside Diners
Between delivery-platform listings and fresh leasing activity, the Eastlake corridor keeps drawing in recognizable local names and more convenient options for eastside residents. For now, Orange Cow is already serving customers, and The Pizza Joint appears to be moving quickly toward opening, which should mean shorter drives for late-night slices and fast burgers alike.
