The black and white canine with one brown eye and one blue was found wandering near the Westway Gardens Townhomes at around 7 p.m. last night. The announcement came via a recent Facebook post made by the Lorain County Sheriff's Office, who credited Deputy Strinka and K9 Zor with the furry find.
Residents are being requested to circulate the information about the scared, yet safe Husky who was too frightened for deputies to determine it's sex at the time of rescue. The Lorain County Sheriff's Office's Facebook post asked the community to "please share this post to help reunite this dog with its owner and to stress the importance of bringing pets indoors, especially with dangerously cold temperatures impacting our area."
