Last Friday, the city's Flock camera system alerted the Fairfield Police to a stolen vehicle cruising eastbound on Airbase Parkway, leading to the swift arrest of a 60-year-old woman. According to a post on the Fairfield Police Department's Facebook page, the incident occurred shortly after 10 PM when the department's dispatch team and Night 2 officers coordinated efforts to locate the car, meriting a prompt response.
Awaiting the suspect at the King Smoke Shop on North Texas Street, the responding officers, including Officer Kwak, implemented a traffic enforcement stop. It is here where Donna Rucker, the suspect whose age hails at 60 years, saw the quick conclusion to her brief journey in the reported stolen car. Once stopped, she was arrested without incident and subsequently transported to Solano County Jail, as detailed in the social media update from the local law enforcement agency.
Following her arrest, Rucker now faces the legal repercussions of her actions, as the Solano County justice system will process the case in due course.
