The Folsom Police Department is asking for witnesses after an incident of indecent exposure at Ed Mitchell Park. The event happened last Saturday, shortly after noon. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, with a shaved head, wearing a red shirt and black pants, as reported by the Folsom Police Department.
Authorities believe others may have been present at Ed Mitchell Park during the reported misconduct and are seeking additional witness statements. The Folsom Police Department emphasized, "We take all reports involving the safety of our community seriously and have increased patrols in the area."
