
Country music enthusiasts in Arizona have something to cheer about as Maricopa announces that Grammy Award-winning group Diamond Rio will take center stage at the Wild West Music Fest (WWMF) in March, according to the City of Maricopa's official announcement. The renowned festival, returning for its third year, is set to kick off from March 27-29 at Copper Sky Regional Park, offering three days of music, carnival rides, games, and food for festival-goers.
In the lineup, Diamond Rio is scheduled to headline on March 28, a band notable for their historical 1991 debut, "Meet in the Middle," which charted number one on Billboard Hot Country Songs – they have amassed 11 studio albums and numerous hits over their career and were inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 1998 for their influence in country music, reprising that sound that speaks to heartstrings and heritage alike, they embody the spirit that the Wild West Music Fest seeks to engender. As anticipation builds, fans are invited to secure their tickets on the festival's website, with pricing options accommodating a wide breadth of budgets, from $15 for children and upwards to $60 for a full adult pass.
