Greendale Public Health Department is hosting a free educational session, “Road to Recovery: What to Expect After a Fall,” on January 13. According to the Greendale Public Health Department, the event is for adults 65+, caregivers, and anyone interested in post-fall recovery.

Speakers, including Dr. Colleen Poggenburg and Amy Kuehni, RN, will cover hospital stays, discharge planning, transitional care, insurance options, and strategies to reduce fall risk, such as vision care, medication management, balance, strength, and home safety.
