Chaos ensued at the Vacaville/Fairfield Train Station parking lot yesterday when shots rang out just before 1 PM. Witnesses at the scene described a brief yet alarming exchange of gunfire between two individuals, both of whom managed to vanish before the arrival of officers, as per the Fairfield Police Department.
Fairfield Police are investigating what led to the gunfire. Despite the incident occurring in public, no victims have come forward, and no injuries have been reported. Authorities have released a few details, and the suspects have not been identified.
