Last Thursday in Harris County, a street altercation led deputies to the 18700 block of Hufsmith Kohrville Road, where one man, Albert Santos Coy, fled before law enforcement arrived. Deputies quickly located him nearby and found illegal narcotics during a lawful search, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Albert Santos Coy was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Mischief and Possession of Controlled Substance," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The incident began as a physical fight but escalated into a drug-related offense.
Coy damaged the complainant’s vehicles with a steering wheel lock during a public disturbance. His bond was set at $15,100 by the 176th District Court and County Court 2. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the Constable’s office provides updates on arrests, safety, and traffic through their Facebook and Instagram pages and the "C4 NOW" app.
