An operation by the Harris County Constable’s Office led to the arrest of a man wanted on multiple charges. Kenuel Jackson was taken into custody last Thursday after deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office and the DPS Violent Crimes Unit served a warrant. The arrest occurred in the 5400 block of Sam Houston Parkway. Jackson was charged with felony theft and a parole violation warrant out of College Station, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Constable Mark Herman confirmed the outcome of a warrant service, stating, "Kenuel Jackson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond and court information have not been set at this time," with the update shared through the constable’s official communication channels. The arrest was made through a joint effort between the Special Operations Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
