On January 14, Stanislav Stukalov was stopped by deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office on the 17900 block of West Lake Houston Parkway for suspected drunk driving. After Standardized Field Sobriety Tests indicated impairment, Stukalov was taken to the Harris County Jail, where a breathalyzer confirmed the results.
“Stanislav Stukalov was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 9,” Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 posted on social media. The update serves to inform the public and deter impaired driving.
