Constable Mark Herman's Office has made headlines following a routine traffic stop that led to the arrest of one Barbara Sanchez. The charge placed against Sanchez carries a bond set at $100.00 out of County Court 4. However, the Constable's Office has suggested that further charges could be on the horizon, contingent upon laboratory testing of the substances found in her possession.
