
Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested Justin Beisert, a convicted felon, during a traffic stop in Harris County. On Tuesday, a sergeant stopped a stolen vehicle on the 26000 block of the Northwest Freeway. Beisert admitted he knew the car was stolen and said he bought it for $1,500, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Justin Beisert was arrested in Harris County after authorities discovered two active felony warrants for evading arrest and possession of a controlled substance, along with a separate felony warrant for theft out of Waller County. He faces charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, with bail set at $25,000, and awaits further proceedings in the 228th District Court, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
