A Hays County corrections officer has found himself on the wrong side of the bars after being arrested for driving while intoxicated. Isaiah Tiger, an officer with the Hays County Sheriff's Office, was arrested off duty on December 30 in Buda, Texas. According to CBS Austin, Tiger was picked up at the intersection of I-35 and Royston Road and has been charged with a Class B misdemeanor.
An internal administrative investigation by the Hays County Sheriff’s Office of Professional Responsibility will proceed concurrently with the criminal investigation. Tiger has been placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of the internal investigation, as per Fox 7 Austin.
