
The City of Hickory will close multiple offices on Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Closed services include the Hickory Public Library (Patrick Beaver Memorial and Ridgeview Branches) and the Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism administrative offices.
The Public Services department will maintain regular schedules, including solid waste collection, despite the holiday. City parks will remain open to the public.
The Hickory Police Department’s main lobby and Records Division will be closed on Monday. Residents can access crash reports online through the department’s Crash Report Database.
