Last Tuesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a theft at the Sunglass Hut in Houston Premium Outlets, where Orlando Garcia reportedly stole multiple pairs of sunglasses valued at $1,573, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Orlando Garcia is currently wanted through Harris County for theft," after reportedly fleeing a retail location without paying, and the constable's office is asking the public for help in locating him. Constable Mark Herman urged anyone with information to contact local law enforcement or dispatch, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
