On the evening of January 19, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office pulled over Benjamin Adam Cooper on the 1400 block of N Sam Houston Parkway W, suspecting he was driving under the influence. Cooper displayed signs of intoxication, and field sobriety tests confirmed the suspicion. A blood sample was taken to determine his exact level of impairment.
