Troubling details released by court documents and obtained by FOX 26 Houston reveal that Rivera is alleged to have made multiple visits to the victim’s home, each time depositing items ranging from a birdbath and figurines to a Jessie doll from "Toy Story." Notably, a note accompanied a pink yard glove thrown onto the property on Christmas night, reading, "I need an opportunity sorry my love 2025."
Further investigation, as reported by ABC 13, indicated that Rivera previously worked for the landscaping company that serviced the woman's home.
