
The City of Jacksonville Beach Police Department has turned to the public to assist in the identification of a suspect accused of shoplifting at an Ulta Beauty store. In a post shared on their official social media page, the department detailed that on December 18, 2025, a subject allegedly stole merchandise totaling $1,271.00 from the location at 3928 3rd Street South. Accompanying the post was an image of the purported perpetrator, in an effort to leverage community assistance for the case.
