According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, this incident marks Fulton's fourth local arrest.

On January 8, the collaborative law enforcement team located and arrested Fulton. During the arrest, officers found the stolen handgun in Fulton’s bag, highlighting the effectiveness of JSO’s rapid response and investigative efforts in this case.
