It's that time of year again when the community comes out to play, learn, and revel in the beauty of our local waterways at the 4th Annual 7 Creeks Fest. Announced via a social media post by JaxParks, this free, family-friendly festivity promises a day packed with outdoor adventures and activities that cater to all ages—offering interactive hands-on activities, environmental exhibits, and a plethora of recreational fun that includes kayaking and biking.
As in previous years, the festival will take place across several creeks within the recreation area. Shuttle service will be available to help attendees move between locations offering guided hikes, live music, and food trucks. Organizers note the schedule will include multiple activities throughout the day.
The event will also include a Junior Ranger Angler Fishing Clinic, which requires advance registration. Additional details will be posted as they become available at 7creeksfest.org.
The festival is designed to provide recreational and educational activities focused on the natural environment. It is open to individuals and families interested in outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, and nature programs. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead to take part in the various offerings.
