In a social media post, the department congratulated the Jaguars on their successful season and playoff run and highlighted the role of law enforcement and safety personnel in keeping game-day events secure. The post also thanked fans and the community for their cooperation.
The Sheriff’s Office also reminded the public to stay safe, encouraging responsible behavior such as avoiding drinking and driving and showing courtesy to all fans, including those of visiting teams. The statement highlighted the teamwork between law enforcement and public safety partners.
