Dallas Love Field has officially brought on board Jordan Biegler as their new Deputy Director of Operations for the City of Dallas Department of Aviation, according to a recent announcement. Bringing more than a decade and a half of expertise to the table, Biegler is poised to steer DAL into its next chapter of development. His background is rich with roles in operations, safety, security, and emergency management, notably including his recent tenure at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, known for being the busiest hub of its kind globally.
In his previous position, Biegler played a pivotal part in making sure that aircraft and passenger operations ran smoothly and securely. "They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that couldn’t be truer at Dallas Love Field. The opportunities for growth and innovation here are significant, and I am excited to collaborate with the team as we prepare for the future," Biegler told the City of Dallas. His new role at DAL will have him leading the Airport Operations, Security, Safety, and Emergency Management teams, in addition to overseeing all public safety functions and emergency readiness for the airport.
Biegler isn't just bringing field experience to his new role; his educational background mirrors his commitment to aviation and public safety. His academic achievements include three degrees: a master's in Public Administration from the University of South Florida, a master's in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a bachelor's in Aviation Science and Administration from Western Michigan University. Further, Biegler's professional credentials speak to his deep knowledge and expertise in the field.
