The Kapa‘a DMV is by appointment only, with no walk-ins or Kūpuna Hour. Customers can check in up to 15 minutes early by phone, and an electronic system directs them to one of three service windows. Arriving more than five minutes late will cancel the appointment. To schedule at Kapa‘a or Līhu‘e, visit the county DMV webpage and click "Book Your DMV Appointment," adding any extra services as needed.
