
The Kauaʻi Bus is giving away 100 Hōlomua Transit Cards preloaded with $5 to the first riders who claim them. The promotion celebrates the launch of two new bus routes, Route 900 and Route 950, aimed at expanding public transportation options on the island.
Residents can pick up their $5 Hōlomua Transit Card at the County of Kauaʻi Transportation Agency, 3220 Hoolako Street in Līhuʻe, starting January 5. Only one card per person is available, while supplies last.
The Hōlomua Transit Card makes it easier for residents and visitors to use Kauaʻi’s public bus system. According to the County of Kauai, the launch of Routes 900 and 950 alongside the giveaway reflects efforts to improve mobility and affordability on the island.
