Keller's Planning & Zoning Commission has slated a public hearing for an upcoming meeting, set to unpack the particulars of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) application. The meeting, earmarked for January 27, will focus on a proposal by Isaac Wright, who has requested permission to build a 1,276-square-foot accessory structure on a sizable 1.12-acre lot. The site in question, located on the west side of North Pearson Lane, roughly 2200 feet northwest of Keller Parkway and North Pearson Lane intersection, currently adheres to a Single-Family 36,000 square-foot lot size or greater zoning classification, as per the City of Keller.
Concerned citizens intending to closely follow the developments are encouraged to digitally mark their calendars, as the public hearing is scheduled promptly commence at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Keller Town Hall.
As a matter of logistics, those who find themselves with lingering questions or in need of further enlightenment are encouraged to reach out to the Community Development department. They have extended an open line of communication at 817-743-4130, aiming to ensure that all curious or concerned parties are adequately briefed and their voices heard.
